and my city is aljubial industrial city
aljubial is a largest city of industrial on the Middle east
also , it has a lot of factories
in addition we have an attractive beach . the special things in aljubail are

the government paid a lot of money to develop the city and some company built aljubail like any city in USA , for example the streets and the beach the school also
and the residents are an open minds. and the other thing is we learn English from the elementary school.

How make an exercise schedule

i will give you a tips and you have to follow what i will tell you 

1- everybody here has school so after school here is the important points. 

2- first take a nap until the tutor lap starting.     

3 - go to a tauter lab to do ur homework there.

4- try to do a sport things like go to gym or walking around a natural place for example a lake reba. 

5- especially do something make you have fun or
 try to have a  great time to give your self some study time and some fun time .

6- make your own schedule to step by step .

7- finally, the important thing try to be a confident about your personality.

I will give to each of you an easy way to learn the cultures here. First of all, try to be around the better place

to see a polite people. second you need to live with a family from U.S that will help your language

and, help you a lot to know about American customs and the traditional of united states,

second, try to hang out with American guys they are so nice and they love to meet a new people.

finally, try to be polite when you treat the people to let them know about your Islamic treatment,

try to show them the Islamic people they are so nice to people and tell them about your culture
