How make an exercise schedule


i will give you a tips and you have to follow what i will tell you 

1- everybody here has school so after school here is the important points. 
2- first take a nap until the tutor lap starting.     
3 - go to a tauter lab to do ur homework there.
4- try to do a sport things like go to gym or walking around a natural place for example a lake reba. 
5- especially do something make you have fun or
 try to have a  great time to give your self some study time and some fun time .
6- make your own schedule to step by step .
7- finally, the important thing try to be a confident about your personality.
